Add support for 64bit Xamarin.iOS (Unified API)

This may not be the appropriate place, as this is really more than a "nice-to-have", but...
Apple has recently added a warning during app validation to caution users that apps for the App Store will require 64-bit support starting on February 1, 2015.
Yes, Xamarin was late to the party. However, to put it simply, if ServiceStack doesn't update it's Xamarin library to use the 64-bit "Unified API" (Xamarin.iOS instead of MonoTouch). We, and anyone else shipping iOS apps built with Xamarin, will not be able to use ServiceStack.
